Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to aiincomelaunch.pro and your enrolment in vocational courses offered by AI Income Launch Inc. ("AI Income Launch", "we", "our"), a registered training provider at 745 Thurlow Street, Suite 2400, Vancouver, BC V6E 0C5, Canada. By using our website or registering for a launch track, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your province of residence.
2. Nature of services — vocational training only
AI Income Launch delivers vocational courses teaching practical AI work skills that can support income growth through client services, productivity gains and professional service delivery. Our launch tracks cover AI tools literacy, prompt engineering, AI-assisted client work, service packaging, pricing AI work and related professional skills using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude in an educational context.
We are not: a startup incubator, venture capital firm, product-launch agency, investment adviser, tax consultant, law firm, employment agency, client marketplace or passive-income scheme operator. The word "launch" in our brand refers to launching your AI income skills through structured courses — not funding startups, guaranteeing business results or selling autopilot income systems.
The .pro domain indicates a professional training brand. It does not imply regulated financial services, securities licensing or legal advisory status.
3. No guaranteed income or business outcomes
AI Income Launch Inc. does not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, client contracts, side-income results or business success. Course descriptions discuss income potential, career income upside and earn-more pathways as educational framing — methods you may apply in your own market, not promises of financial return. Completion certificates document training participation only and do not confer professional licensure, certified public accountancy, legal practice authority or investment advisory credentials.
Generative AI outputs demonstrated in class may include errors, outdated information or biased content. You must apply independent human judgment before relying on AI-generated material in professional or client contexts. Seek licensed professionals for financial, legal or tax decisions beyond the scope of vocational training.
4. Eligibility and learner conduct
Courses are intended for adults with professional work experience. You agree to provide accurate registration information, comply with studio and online session rules, respect facilitators and fellow learners, and refrain from harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour. You may not record sessions without written permission, share login credentials, redistribute proprietary course materials or use our alumni forum to promote get-rich-quick schemes, crypto trading, MLM recruitment or guaranteed-income offers.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own AI tool subscriptions and complying with each provider's terms of use. Do not submit confidential client data, trade secrets or regulated health information into shared classroom exercises — use anonymised samples provided by facilitators.
5. Enrolment, fees and payment
Launch track fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) on our programs and services pages. Indicative ranges may vary by cohort format, delivery mode and customization depth. Confirmed pricing appears in enrolment confirmations and invoices. Payment is due according to stated schedules — failure to pay may result in cancellation of your seat. We accept payment methods disclosed at registration; processing may involve third-party payment providers subject to their terms.
Corporate workshop quotes are valid for thirty days unless otherwise stated. Travel beyond Metro Vancouver may incur additional fees disclosed before booking confirmation.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
Individual learners may cancel enrolment for a full refund minus a C$75 administration fee if notice is received at least fourteen calendar days before the cohort start date. Cancellations within fourteen days receive credit toward a future launch track within six months, not a cash refund. Self-paced module bundles may be refunded within seven days of purchase if no module exceeds twenty-five percent completion.
AI Income Launch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator illness or force majeure events. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort. No compensation is provided for indirect costs such as travel or accommodation unless explicitly agreed in writing for corporate contracts.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, website content, logos, design elements and launch syllabus documents are owned by AI Income Launch Inc. or licensed to us. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own learning during and after the course. You may not reproduce, sell, publicly distribute or create derivative commercial products from our materials without written consent.
You retain ownership of original work you create during capstone demonstration projects. By presenting work in cohort settings, you grant AI Income Launch a limited licence to display anonymised excerpts for internal training quality purposes unless you opt out in writing.
8. Website use and acceptable use
You may use aiincomelaunch.pro for lawful purposes related to learning about and enrolling in our courses. Prohibited activities include attempting unauthorized access to systems, transmitting malware, scraping content at scale, impersonating our organization, submitting false form data or interfering with site availability. We may suspend access for violations without notice.
Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, content may change without notice. Programme descriptions, schedules and fees on the site are subject to confirmation at enrolment.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Contact forms require explicit PIPEDA consent via a non-pre-checked checkbox. Cookie usage is governed by our Cookie Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by British Columbia law, AI Income Launch Inc., its directors, employees and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost income, lost clients, lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our website, courses or AI tools demonstrated in class — even if advised of such possibilities.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising from proven negligence in course delivery shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific launch track giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Income Launch Inc. from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights in work you submit, or your use of AI tools contrary to provider terms or applicable law in client engagements following training.
12. Third-party tools and links
Our courses reference third-party AI tools and may link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, privacy practices or content. Your use of ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and other tools is subject to each provider's terms. Links do not constitute endorsement.
13. Modifications
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated where practicable. Continued use of the website or participation in courses after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires explicit re-consent.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and standard course enrolment, superseding prior oral or written understandings on those subjects.
