Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
AI Income Launch Inc. ("AI Income Launch", "we", "our") protects personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable British Columbia privacy standards. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information when you visit aiincomelaunch.pro, enrol in AI income skills launch tracks, attend our Vancouver studio or communicate with us by email or phone.
1. Organization identity and accountability
AI Income Launch Inc. is the organization responsible for personal information under this policy. Our registered address is 745 Thurlow Street, Suite 2400, Vancouver, BC V6E 0C5, Canada. Business Number: 762189534 BC0001. We designate privacy enquiries to [email protected] and general contact at +1 (604) 691-3578. An internal accountability framework assigns responsibility for PIPEDA compliance to management, with periodic review of data handling practices tied to our vocational training operations.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information collected through our website, contact and enrolment forms, email correspondence, phone calls, in-person studio visits, live cohort sessions, self-paced modules, corporate workshops and alumni forum participation. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages, AI tool providers you access independently (such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude), or social media platforms where we maintain a presence but do not control their privacy practices.
3. Categories of personal information collected
Depending on your relationship with AI Income Launch, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and preferred communication channel;
- Enrolment and course data: selected launch tracks, cohort dates, attendance records, assignment submissions, capstone demonstration project materials and participation certificates issued;
- Payment and billing data: transaction references, invoice details, corporate billing contacts and refund records — full payment card numbers are processed by payment providers and not stored on our servers;
- Corporate booking data: organization name, number of participants, workshop scope, sector context and internal AI tool policy notes you provide;
- Communication content: messages submitted through contact forms, email threads and phone notes relevant to your enquiry or enrolment;
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device category, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referral URL and error logs;
- Cookie and consent records: your cookie banner choices (Accept all, Reject all or Customise preferences), stored for six months as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect Social Insurance Numbers, income tax records, investment account details or credit bureau reports. Our vocational courses teach AI work skills for income growth — data processing supports training delivery, not financial advisory or employment placement relationships.
4. Purposes of collection and use
We collect and use personal information for identifiable purposes including:
- Delivering, administering and improving AI income skills launch tracks and related services;
- Responding to launch track enquiries, launch syllabus requests, corporate AI income training proposals and general inquiries;
- Processing enrolments, CAD payments, refunds and issuing participation certificates;
- Scheduling studio visits, live cohort sessions, weekend intensives and one-to-one skills reviews;
- Moderating alumni Q&A forum participation for capstone graduates;
- Maintaining website functionality, security monitoring and fraud prevention;
- Conducting aggregated, de-identified analytics to understand site usage when you consent to analytics cookies;
- Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests and enforcing our Terms of Service;
- Communicating service updates, cohort schedule changes and policy revisions where permitted.
We will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described without obtaining fresh consent, except where permitted by law.
5. Consent and legal basis
PIPEDA requires meaningful consent for collection, use and disclosure of personal information. We obtain consent through explicit mechanisms: contact forms include a required, non-pre-checked consent checkbox (consent_pipeda) linking to this Privacy Policy; cookie preferences are collected via our banner offering Accept all, Reject all or Customise options with six-month storage; enrolment agreements include privacy acknowledgements at registration.
You may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal may limit our ability to deliver certain services — for example, rejecting analytics cookies disables optional usage measurement but does not block course delivery if you are an enrolled learner with a separate contractual relationship.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We disclose personal information only as necessary to operate our vocational training provider business:
- Service providers: hosting infrastructure, email delivery, payment processors, learning portal platforms, video conferencing and analytics vendors (when consented) under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants or insurers when required for compliance, dispute resolution or risk management;
- Legal requirements: government authorities, courts or regulators when compelled by applicable Canadian law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share learner lists with startup incubators, get-rich-quick promoters, MLM organizations, crypto trading platforms or unrelated marketing brokers. Corporate workshop clients receive only their own participant data, not other learners' information.
7. Retention periods
Retention periods balance operational needs, legal requirements and minimization principles:
- Enrolment records, attendance logs and certificates: typically seven years after course completion;
- Financial and invoicing records: seven years per standard Canadian business record practices;
- General contact form enquiries not resulting in enrolment: up to twenty-four months;
- Cookie consent preferences: six months, then re-prompted via banner;
- Server security logs: up to twelve months unless incident investigation requires longer retention;
- Alumni forum posts: duration of forum access period plus twelve months archive, then deletion or anonymization.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymize personal information unless a longer period is required by law or active dispute resolution.
8. Security safeguards
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards including HTTPS encryption for website traffic, access controls limiting staff access to need-to-know bases, password policies for internal systems, vendor security assessments and physical access controls at our Thurlow Street studio. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected individuals of significant breaches where required by PIPEDA breach notification guidance.
Learners should not submit confidential client data, trade secrets or regulated personal health information through course exercises — use anonymised samples provided in class. You are responsible for compliance with your employer's data policies when using AI tools during training.
9. Individual access rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, challenge its accuracy and completeness, and request correction of inaccurate information. Submit access or correction requests to [email protected] with sufficient detail to verify your identity. We respond within thirty days where feasible, may extend with notice if complex, and may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests as permitted by law.
If we refuse access or correction, we will explain reasons and inform you of complaint options. You may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada:
- Website: www.priv.gc.ca
- Telephone: 1-800-282-1376
- Mailing address: 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, QC K1A 1H3
10. Cross-border data transfers
We prefer service providers with Canadian data residency where practical. Some subprocessors — including cloud hosting, email and video conferencing — may process personal information in the United States or other jurisdictions. When data crosses borders, we evaluate contractual safeguards, vendor security certifications and PIPEDA accountability requirements. By using our services, you acknowledge that cross-border processing may occur subject to these protections.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies as detailed in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies support navigation and form security. Analytics and marketing cookies load only according to your banner selection. You may change preferences by clearing cookies and revisiting the site, or using browser controls described in the Cookie Policy.
12. Children's privacy
AI Income Launch courses are designed for adult Canadian professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a minor's data, contact [email protected] for prompt deletion.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Material revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where consent is not otherwise required. Significant changes affecting enrolled learners may also be communicated by email.
14. Automated decision-making
AI Income Launch does not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals — such as automated enrolment rejection, dynamic pricing based on inferred income or algorithmic certification denial. Facilitators and staff review enrolment applications, refund requests and certificate issuance. AI tools demonstrated in courses are educational examples; we do not feed learner personal information into public AI models for automated grading or profiling.
15. Complaint handling process
If you submit a privacy complaint, we acknowledge receipt within five business days and aim to resolve substantiated concerns within thirty days. Our process includes internal review, corrective action where warranted and documentation of outcomes. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as described in section 9. We maintain a record of privacy enquiries for accountability audits consistent with PIPEDA principles.
