• Is AI Income Launch a startup incubator or a passive-income scheme?

  No. We run modern vocational courses — launch tracks — that teach how to turn AI work skills into billable client income. AI Income Launch is not a startup incubator, venture fund or product-launch agency, and not a get-rich-quick or guaranteed-income scheme. The word launch refers to launching your AI income skills through structured training, not funding startups or selling autopilot side-income systems. Completion does not guarantee income, profit or client contracts.

• What prerequisites do I need?

  Launch Track 01 requires comfortable everyday computer use and professional work experience — no coding background needed. Later tracks assume completion of prior modules or equivalent familiarity with ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude. You must bring your own AI tool subscriptions where required; we teach AI workflows and prompt engineering, not software licensing. Canadian professionals from any sector may enrol if content aligns with their income pathway goals.

• Are courses online, in-person or hybrid?

  Live cohort courses run at our Thurlow Street studio and through encrypted live broadcast for learners outside Metro Vancouver. Self-paced modules are fully online. Weekend intensives and corporate workshops are primarily in-person in Vancouver with remote options on request. Hybrid attendance may be available for select launch cohorts — confirm schedules on enquiry.

• How large are cohorts?

  Live launch cohorts cap at twelve learners per facilitator to preserve AI output quality feedback and pair practice time. Corporate workshops scale differently but maintain interactive AI-assisted client work exercises. One-to-one skills reviews are individual sessions booked by appointment.

• What are corporate pricing ranges?

  Corporate AI income training starts from C$4,200 per half-day session for up to fifteen participants, with full-day and multi-session packages quoted in CAD based on customization depth. Travel within Metro Vancouver included; national remote delivery quoted separately. All proposals itemize vocational training scope — never income guarantees or client lead generation.

• What is your refund policy?

  Full refunds minus a C$75 administration fee are available if you cancel at least fourteen days before your launch cohort start date. Cancellations within fourteen days receive credit toward a future track within six months. Self-paced module bundles refund within seven days of purchase if no module exceeds twenty-five percent completion. Capstone demonstration project fees follow the cohort policy of the enrolled track.

• How do you handle personal data under PIPEDA?

  We collect contact details and course records to deliver vocational training and respond to enquiries. Consent is required for form submissions. • What is outside the scope of our launch tracks?

  Launch tracks exclude get-rich-quick coaching, guaranteed income promises, crypto or forex trading, MLM recruitment, startup venture funding, executive MBA credentialing, done-for-you client work and passive income autopilot systems. We teach AI tools, AI automation and service packaging for educational purposes — professional earning outcomes depend on your own market effort.

• What is your AI tool usage policy in class?

  Learners may use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and approved AI writing and design support tools during sessions. Confidential client data must not be pasted into public models — use anonymised samples provided in class. Facilitators demonstrate prompt engineering on synthetic briefs. Your organization’s AI policy takes precedence when corporate cohorts restrict specific tools.
